Pilot study - Sleeping differently
In 2014, a study was completed on the effects of 'Different sleeping' . It was a pilot in preparation for a subsequent, larger study . The primary objective was to determine whether the design of the study is workable, the correct information is obtained and what procedures can best be monitored. In addition, it investigated the effect of the different sleep on headaches- , neck and back pain , lying comfort , sleep quality, quality of life and participation in society.
